"Jai Jai Shani Deva Maharaja, Kripa Karo Hama Para Maharaja,
Surya Putra Yamaraja Ke Bhrata, Tuma Hi Saba Ke Bhagya Vidhata."
Meaning: Glory to Lord Shani Dev! Have mercy on us. You are the son of the Sun God, the brother of Yama (Lord of death), and the decider of destinies based on karma.

"Nila Vasana Sundara Chhavi Sohe, Bhakta Janona Ka Manava Mohe,
Giddha Vahana Para Hokara Savara, Kashta Hamare Haro Maharaja."
Meaning: Dressed in blue robes, looking magnificent, you enchant the hearts of your devotees. Seated on your vulture vehicle, please remove all our difficulties.

"Shanivara Ke Dina Jo Vrata Dhyave, Tela Aura Urada Ka Bhoga Lagave,
Dipaka Jalakara Arati Gave, Take Saba Kashta Mita Jave."
Meaning: Whoever observes a fast on Saturday, offering sesame oil and black gram (urad dal), and sings your aarti after lighting a lamp, all their sufferings are dispelled.
